The Boyz three months later

Ethan, Ty, and PJ
If you look back in my October file you will see what they looked like three months ago. I wish I had taken a little video of us trying to take their picture. It is just a bunch of adults yelling "TY, PJ, Ethan, TY, PJ, PJ look up here, Ethan, hey buddy, TY." Get the point.

Snow in NC

Last week Friday North Carolina got "some" snow. By "some" I mean maybe an inch of wet snow. It is amazing how people react when there is a little snow on the ground. Schools close and business' shut down. Pete went to work and said the roads weren't bad at all. It just blows my mind how quick they close things down. Then we were suppose to get more on Saturday night. It had rained during the day and then it was suppose to get below freezing at night. So by 5 o'clock they were canceling church's already. The next morning it was sunny and the roads were dry. Crazy huh. A little different than Michigan.

Can someone help me?

I need someone with computer knowledge to help me. It is probably easy but I don't know what to do. How do you get rid of pop-ups ads? I turned to pop-up blocker on and it doesn't help. It just makes it more frustrating because it blocks everything that I want to look at. If that makes since. Anyway, I just need some help from someone who knows what they are doing.

We are having?

Another BOY!! On January 11 we had our ultrasound and found out that are going to have another son. Everything looked great and he was moving around a lot. I still don't feel him all the time but it is getting more frequent. I thought it was going to be a girl and was all ready to go shopping but now I don't really have to get a whole lot. Which is nice though. When we were about to find out the tech went down in that area and said, "It's a boy" and then moved on to doing other things. So I asked her if she was sure it was a boy. So she went back down there and he had his legs spread wide apart to make it clear. So I have not doubt that she was wrong. We have a great picture to prove it. We are very excited that PJ will have a little buddy to play with and hopefully they will be best buds. We are also excited to know that everything looked great and that I am right on track with my date. If anyone has ideas for names that would be helpful. For some reason they do not come easy for us. So we will have to look at the books for help.
These past three posts have been my life for the past month. I am finally back home as a family and liking being home. We had a great month in MI but it is nice to be back in my own bed on my own schedule. Soon I will be back in MI for another week for my doc's appt. and a baby shower for a friend. So maybe I will see some of you soon. In the meantime, take care and try and stay warm.

PJ's 1st Birthday

I can not believe he is one already. It has been a wonderful year with him. He is such a blessing to our family. He brings a lot of happiness and laughs to our house. I just pray that he keeps that going, b/c he is a joy to be around. You know the easy button that Staples has, well I think we got the really easy button because the adjustment has been really easy. I am a little worried about the next one. PJ was not big on getting it on his hands so he just stuck his face in it. He only liked the frosting as well. He must get his sweet tooth from his mom. Thanks to everyone who celebrated with us and PJ. We are blessed to have such great family and friends.

Friends in NC

Our friends came down New Years Eve and stayed for a few days. They brought the MI weather with them b/c it was cold and windy the whole time they were here. Of course the next week was in the 60's. We had a busy week actually. We visited a lot of Nascar Shops since there are alot around us. It was cool to see where they actually work on the cars and it was amazing to see how clean their shops were. You would almost dare eat off the floors, but probably not. They were just really clean though. We took a tour of Lowe' Motor Speedway and got to go on track in a 15 passenger van. I think our driver got up to about 75 mph so that was cool. Then we got to stand in Victory Lane and go on pit row. The girls did a little shopping but I must say we mostly visited a ton of race shops. Lot of in and out of the van. It was something that Pete and I would probably not go do by ourselves, so we were glad we had others to enjoy it with. Next time they come down they want to take a driving class offered at the track cause then they can go really fast around track in a car. Pay money to pretty much poop their pants. It would be a cool experience though.
We were happy that it worked out for them to come down and Pete didn't have a whole lot going on at work that week so he was able to join us. It was a fun week.

Merry Christmas (almost a month ago)

We got to spend a lot of time with our families during x-mas. PJ was there for a month, I was there for 3 weeks and Pete was there for about a week. It was nice to be together as a family since it doesn't happen very much, especially with my family. We had a wonderful x-mas and are grateful for what God has blessed us with. We are also grateful to have a God to serve and worship. It makes Christmas more special for those who believe.

No, I didnt forget how to blog

Sorry about not posting recently. I have been back and forth from NC and have not had time. More like I have been in MI and not really in NC for long. I just have not sat down to blog. But when I do you might want to get something to drink or eat cause it could take a while. I will be back in NC on Sunday. We have a ultrasound on Friday and yes we are probably finding out unless Pete changes his mind but I dont see that happening. Also, our baby, but not really anymore, is turning 1 already on Thursday so we are celebrating that this weekend as well. So will have a lot to update when I finally sit a computer for more than 20 min. Speaking of 20 I am 20 weeks today. It has gone by quick. I am finally feeling the baby every now and then. I tend to forget that I am even pregnant sometimes but I have a feeling that is going to change soon. Like when I cant put socks on standing up or tie my shoes without struggling. That is when slip ons come in handy. I am looking forward to meeting out new baby though. It will be exciting. Other than that I will update you all very soon. Take Care
